3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

• Ensure that any data or manuscripts you provide for processing do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

• Not use our services to generate academic dishonesty (e.g., submitting purchased work as your own without proper attribution where applicable). We provide support and editing; final responsibility for content and submission lies with the client.

4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

You retain all ownership rights to the research data, manuscripts, and original materials you submit to us. You grant PenScriber a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and reproduce your materials solely for the purpose of providing the Services you have requested.

4.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, PenScriber transfers the rights to the final deliverable (e.g., the edited manuscript, the analysis report) to you.

4.3 Confidentiality

We agree to keep your information and research materials confidential and will not disclose them to third parties, except as required by law or to sub-contractors who are bound by confidentiality agreements to assist in service delivery.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for Services is due as per the invoice schedule. We accept payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card as specified on our website.

Failure to pay may result in the suspension of services or withholding of final deliverables. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Cancellation: If work has not commenced, a full refund will be issued.
• Partial Work: If work has commenced, a refund may be issued proportional to the work completed, or a cancellation fee may apply.
• Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer free revisions to rectify issues based on the original scope of work.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
